Barboncini Italia of Alessia Mincioni, with legal and administrative headquarters in Via San Mauro 12, Montegrotto Terme (PD) 35036, is the Data Controller; in fact it is the company that collects and processes the personal data provided with the subscription to the newsletter and, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "the Regulation"), provides you with the following information.

 

b) For what purposes we collect data:

the data you are providing us by subscribing to our newsletter will be used for the following purposes:
Marketing: to contact you, only by e-mail, for advertising or commercial communications relating to the BARBONCINITALIA brand. Sending advertising or commercial communications.
 

c) Nature of the provision of your data and what consequences in case of their incompleteness:

You are absolutely free to choose whether or not to provide us with your data, but if you provide them, we ask you to fill out this form by providing us with your e-mail address, as it is necessary for subscribing to our newsletter; in case of missing or incomplete compilation we will not be able to proceed with the registration.

 

d) Legal basis of the processing:

to send you advertising or commercial material (purposes referred to in point b), we will process your data only with your consent.

 

e) How we process data:

the data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee its security, confidentiality, as well as prevent its unauthorized disclosure or use, alteration or destruction. The data will mainly be processed electronically to send you advertising or commercial material.

 

f) Retention period:

the communicated data will be kept for the period of your subscription to our newsletter until you withdraw your consent.

the data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties. To allow us to manage our newsletter and pursue the purposes to which you have consented, the following may become aware of the data: (i) companies that carry out the storage and processing of computer archives on our behalf; (ii) companies that take care of sending promotions and advertising or carrying out promotional activities (limited to the e-mail address for sending electronic mailings); these subjects will operate as external data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation.
Your data may come to the attention of the persons in charge and managers of the Company's Departments in the context of their work duties.

 

h) The rights of the interested party and the possibility to lodge a complaint and contact details:

according to the provisions of current legislation (articles from 15 to 22 of the Regulation) you have the right to obtain access to your information (article 15), their rectification or integration (article 16), their cancellation (the so-called right to be forgotten, art. 17), the limitation of treatment (art. 18) the right to the portability of your data (art. 20), the right to object to the processing of your data for particular reasons (art. 21) and not to be subjected to an automated decision-making process (art.22); we also remind you that you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the processing of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it). You also have the right to revoke your consent at any time for carrying out contact activities for advertising/promotional communications via e-mail (purposes referred to in point b).
