Information on the Barboncinitalia Loyalty Card
pursuant to Legislative Decree. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (the "Privacy Code") and EU Regulation 2016/679 (the "GDPR" or the "Regulation")
Dear Customer, in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, Barboncini Italia di Alessia Mincioni Via San Mauro 12, Montegrotto Terme (PD) 35036, as Data Controller, will use your data to carry out the activities listed below :
A. Loyalty: issue of the loyalty card (the "Fidelity Dog") and management of activities that cannot be carried out anonymously and are necessary to allow subscribers to use and recognize promotions, offer and send prizes, participate points collections and promotional events reserved for loyal customers as well as access to ancillary services that can be used with the Card. Loyal customers are also given the opportunity to make online purchases of the Owner's products, by accessing the website www.barboncinitalia.it
B. Marketing: performance, subject to your express consent, of direct marketing activities, such as the sending - also by e-mail, instant messaging applications (including multimedia) and mobile applications created by Barboncinitalia di Alessia Mincioni - of advertising material, communications with informative and/or promotional content on the products and/or services provided by the undersigned company; carrying out market research aimed, for example, at assessing the degree of customer satisfaction of customers.
C. Profiling: performance, subject to your express consent, of customer profiling activities on the basis of purchase choices and information optionally provided during registration to the Loyalty Card program or subsequent registration on the websites www.barboncitalia.it
The fields indicated as mandatory (marked with an asterisk) if not completed will make it impossible to issue the Loyalty Card.
For the purposes referred to in letter a), the provision of data is optional, but constitutes a necessary and indispensable condition respectively for the issue of the Loyalty Card and to use the services and benefits connected to it. The legal basis of the processing is, in fact, the execution of the services provided through the Loyalty Card (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Privacy Regulation).
The data you provide will mainly be processed with IT tools under the authority of the Data Controller, by personnel specifically appointed, authorized and trained for processing pursuant to articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulation and article 2 quaterdecies of the Code Privacy. We inform you that suitable security measures are observed, also pursuant to articles 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Without prejudice to legal obligations, personal data will be kept for the entire duration of your participation in the loyalty program. In any case, the data relating to the details of purchases with reference to identifiable customers can be kept for Profiling and Marketing purposes for a period not exceeding 24 months from their registration, save for the actual transformation into anonymous form which does not allow, even indirectly or by linking other databases, to identify you. In the event of any withdrawal, disabling, expiry or return of the card (as required by the regulation) your data may be kept for administrative purposes only for a period of 3 months (without prejudice to any specific legal obligations on the conservation of administrative and accounting documentation )
Your data may be communicated, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Regulation, to the following subjects:
(i) to the financial administration and/or other public authorities, where this is required by law or at their request;
(ii) to the structures, subjects and external companies used by the Data Controller to carry out activities instrumental and/or ancillary to the management of the loyalty program or the provision of services and benefits connected to it, including suppliers of software solutions, web applications and storage services also provided through Cloud Computing systems (all data will be stored on servers located in the territory of the European Community);
(iii) to the structures, subjects and external companies that the Data Controller uses to carry out activities instrumental and/or accessory to the provision of Marketing and/or Profiling activities, where you have expressly consented to these purposes of treatment;
(iv) to external consultants (for example, for the management of tax obligations), if not designated in writing as Data Processors.

access, rectification, deletion of data or limitation of processing;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.
